The Agreements are <i>market standard<\/i>, i.e. they comply with the clauses used in the <b>international market <\/b>and are drafted in <b>English.<\/b> The International Agreements allow companies to protect their <b>Intellectual Property rights<\/b>, through N.D.A. agreements, license agreements or specific financial guarantee clauses.
