The Firm maintains its core business in Corporate Law, which includes all ultra-specialist advisory services aimed at Company Directors, in the management of the corporate governance and in defense against revocation and replacement actions, including the drafting of deeds and minutes of the Board of Directors, reorganization of delegated powers in the Board of Directors, management reports, minutes of meetings of Corporate Bodies (so-called corporate secretariat), drafting of Internal Management Protocols and regulation of relations with Majority or Minority Shareholders.<\/p>\n
