Elio Viola Lawyer

He graduated in Law and, subsequently, he obtained the Diploma of the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Perugia.

He attended a traineeship at the Office of the Court of Appeal of Perugia, assisting the Judges in civil and criminal procedures.

He has covered subsequently the office of Acting Attorney at Perugia’s District Attorney Office, representing the Public Prosecutor in crimes of competence of the lower grade of the Court of Perugia.

After moving to Milan, he worked as a legal advisor for several companies and in 2016 he held the position of Head of the Legal Office of a Swiss company located in Lugano.

He later attended a post-graduade course in the Legal departmentof Lake Forest University in Orange Country, California (USA).

Qualified to practice law in 2017 and since then he continues his activity as legal counsel for different corporate entities, keeping the main office of his business in Milan.

He has assisted several innovative start-ups in accessing the capital markets through innovative instruments of Crowdfundingand Private Equitybuy-outs.
Specialized through the years in corporate finance, he also owns a law Firm in Milan and holds in Zakipour&Partners the role of Off-Counsel in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.
