HOSSEIN ZAKIPOUR LAYWER

He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Perugia in 2011, with a thesis in Banking Law on: “Financial Derivatives on Commodities“.
He spent a short period of internship at the then “Banca Popolare di Spoleto” Bank (now “Banco Desio”).
In 2012-2013 he was chosen as a trainee by Allen&Overy International Firm – Banking Department in Milan, where he joined the Banking Team in Term and Revolving Financing transactions, as well as in the drafting of financial guarantees and assistance in leveraged buyouts.
From 2013 to 2015 he carried out his professional practice first at theDistrict State Attorney’s Office in Perugia and subsequently at the Studio Scassellati Sforozlini – Decks, renowned Perugino firm specialized in Commercial and International Law, collaborating with theStefano Mazzi Lawyer Mazzi in corporate and commercial consultancy, in extraordinary operations (Transformations and Acquisitions), as well as in Real Estate.
In 2015 he was chosen – with other candidates – by the Ministry of Interiorto serve as the Local Goverment Commissionerat the International Commission of International Protection of Florence – Section of Perugia, where he held the office until 2018.
In 2019 he obtained the certification to practice law, founding in Perugia the Firm “Studio Legale Zakipour” in Corso Vannucci, which was then transformed in 2021 in Zakipour&Partners, with offices in Corso Cavour 39 and Viale Corassori 24, in Modena, where he implemented the new practice area of Trademarks and Patents (Intellectual Properties).

He carries out his professional activity exclusively in the extra-judicial field, assisting companies and company administrators in extraordinary acquisition, M&A, demerger, transformation and liquidation operations.

He is responsible for the International Contracts sector. It also assists companies and individuals established in the UAE and USA for Corporate or Real Estate investments in Italy.

He holds the position of company liquidator appointed by the Shareholders’ Meetings.
