The Agreements are market standard, i.e. they comply with the clauses used in the international market and are drafted in English. The International Agreements allow companies to protect their Intellectual Property rights, through N.D.A. agreements, license agreements or specific financial guarantee clauses. The Firm negotiates directly with their international counterparts the clauses that the client decides to maintain in their industrial relationships.
