The tax consultancy and tax law practice area assist companies in the accounting and taxation issues that businessesface in their day-to-day operations; the Firm addresses all tax issues with the relevant Partner, who assists businesses in preparing documentation and representation at the Italian Tax Authorities for filing pre-litigation applications or for the drafting of tax settlement agreements.

In addition to assistance at the competent Tax Authority, the Firm offers advice on national and transnational VAT issues, financial statement analysis and tax analysis of corporations (due diligence), as well as drafting valuations of assets of companies, businesses or shares.

The department also offers legal assistance in the provincial and regional Courts of the Tax Commission, to assist companies in disputes against the Tax Agency.
